This recipe can be used for both pies as the recipe instructs or for tarts (as seen in the picture) using tart pastry cups instead of the pie pastry.
Peach Schnapps is optional or substitute with 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Ingredients

Filling Mix: | ||
3 cups | chopped Ontario fresh peaches (peeled or unpeeled) | |
3/4 cup | sugar | |
1/3 cup | flour | |
1 | pinch of salt | |
1/3 cup | sour cream | |
1 tbsp | lemon juice | |
1 tbsp | peach schnapps | |
Crumble Topping: | ||
1/2 cup | brown sugar | |
1/4 cup | flour | |
1/3 cup | butter | |
1/2 cup | rolled oats | |
1 tsp | vanilla |
Directions
Preheat oven at 375° F. Place chopped Ontario peaches in pie shell. In a seperate bowl mix together sugar, flour, salt, sour cream, lemon juice and schnapps and pour over Ontario peaches. Mix together crumble ingredients until it resembles coarse meal and sprinkle over pie.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes depending on your oven. Cool at least 20 minutes and enjoy!
