Redeye Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients

 

1 carton low fat vanilla yogurt 8 oz.
1/3 cup dried tart cherries 80 mL
1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries or 1 ripe banana 125 mL
2/3 cup sliced low fat granola cereal 160 mL

tip

*Tip: The parfaits may be served immediately or chilled up to 2 hours before serving.

Directions

Combine yogurt and cherries; mix well. Layer 1/2 of the yogurt mixture, 1/2 of the strawberries and 1/2 of the granola into 2 parfait or wine glasses. Repeat layering once with remaining yogurt mixture, strawberries and granola.
